CLIFF is an initiative of the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food Security in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen and Aarhus University. CLIFF invites applications from PhD students from developing countries for short-term (3-4 month) scientific training and research stays at CGIAR research centers or affiliated research institutions. The focus of the research is greenhouse gas emissions and carbon sequestration associated with climate change mitigation in agriculture in developing countries. Grants are up to US$10 thousand.
